By registering on or renting properties from Stay Junction, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree, you must immediately stop using the website.

2. Guest Booking Rules

Every booking represents an agreement to rent accommodation on a short-term basis. Guests are prohibited from subleasing properties, hosting unauthorized parties or events, exceeding the maximum guest occupancy listed for the property, or engaging in illegal behavior on the premises.

3. Fee Structures and Cancellations

Total pricing includes booking costs, cleaning charges, and local tourist taxes. Any applied discount coupons must be entered before confirming. Cancellation refunds are processed dynamically according to each property's specified policy.

4. Liability & Damage

Guests are expected to treat the properties with care. You are responsible for any damages or losses occurring during your occupancy, and Stay Junction reserves the right to charge your registered billing method for repairs.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or close user accounts, block dates, or cancel active bookings without refunds if guest rules are violated or fraud is suspected.
